Great news that newer Firmware is at fault, before you revert back to 42095 can you send feedback form and reference UK Sentinel in subject box,
I can then speak with ASUS once you tell me feedback form has been sent

June 29, 2021 at 9:31 am #14147Thanks, just got contacted by ASUS and provided some details of the device I am using that has the Teams problem.
Quick question, looks like my employer uses Zscaler for secure connection. Any ideas what that is?

June 29, 2021 at 9:57 am #14149Glad ASUS have been in contact already – Zscaler is either a VPN type service or a Cloud based remote access service for remote workers , I had a quick look on there site and rather boring ;-)
Either way, I am sure your employer will give you access details

June 30, 2021 at 11:46 am #14153Looks like the latest firmware was removed and re-uploaded yesterday with 3.0.0.4.384.81351 in the description? Is this likely an error on the website?

You are observant – the firmware downloads as Version 3.0.0.4.386.43181 so who knows
As your talking to someone at ASUS currently, you could tell them they have an error – I am sure they will be great-full

If not, let me know and I will bend there ear again

July 1, 2021 at 12:13 pm #14174July 7, 2021 at 7:28 pm #14259I went back to 42095 and all has been good with Microsoft Teams this week. Sent more logs to Asus on Monday, hopefully they can find what is causing this annoying and deal breaking issue.

ASUSWRT-Merlin is no made for these devices, the only way to see if a simular ASUSWRT-Merlin release would work is to compare hardware specs / RAM / CPU / / wifi chipset / Flash and see if it matches any current ASUS RT Routers – you maybe lucky ;-)
The only real concern is licensing, but as its ASUS – ASUS and for testing only, then should be OK
