Hi Sentinel i realy need your help or some one with modem/router experience having setting issues with the modem/router

for some reason its blocking games and and websites even reddit is blocked i direct connected pc to router and its the same as on wifi or via the switch

only issue ive been having was i forgot about the loopback stop on the router and some small nat stuff

has so much settings and also u set up under lans and stuff i can screen print all the settings its the most comprehensive settings system i have ever seen so far over my head its not even funny

ofcourse  im not trying take any one away from here thats not my intention .like i said mostly its for just being social then the tech is just mostly for if ur stuck while online and so on or emergency stuff .  anyway if ur up for a drink give a shout 🤪

i will mate the ap will probably be here 2 weeks ahead of the pfsense box so might test it with only the draytek in router mode first and then at the same time set up my dhcp ip list and all the port forwarding i got to set up .since im running a nas with docker containers and a emby media server on there u prob know what sonarr. radarr. lidarr jackett and deluge is :)

just put in a order for a unifi ap wifi6 pro .and its PoE thats awsome since my zyxel 1900 switch got it so great .

might be overkill but i definitively wont have dropouts becouse of over whelming wifi usage

thx mate might be f on mine led lights up that its connected but the icon never turns green all the setting are the same as in the post still no go and i saw he actualy was using a draytek as well ordered a pfsence router from aliexpress  that was  recomended to me by a guy comes with 64gb nvme a j4125 4core cpu, 8gb ddr4 ram, 4×2500 intek nik, hdmi , power supply, couple of usb A 2.0  as well    will take about 10 to 20 days but i saved 250dollar on the machine and 100dollar on transport

f this router tried older no luck was on the line with isp to see if the aouth even got sent nope so the info that it was the correct password and login was not correct at all .put in random numbers got same message

i already got its working fine but cant use it with the 88u becouse it dont pick up the isp ip  running pppoe it registrates ok the password but it does not get a ip same in modem mode and in router mode on the 167 with pppoe pasthrue  so not using it atm

the draytek 167 got a quite good recommendation

in modem mode

with the latest fw update it got a router and dhcp mode
