So had a look through my old posts, seems EWAN does work but you may have issues with wifi etc.

thx mate might be f on mine led lights up that its connected but the icon never turns green all the setting are the same as in the post still no go and i saw he actualy was using a draytek as well ordered a pfsence router from aliexpress  that was  recomended to me by a guy comes with 64gb nvme a j4125 4core cpu, 8gb ddr4 ram, 4×2500 intek nik, hdmi , power supply, couple of usb A 2.0  as well    will take about 10 to 20 days but i saved 250dollar on the machine and 100dollar on transport

just put in a order for a unifi ap wifi6 pro .and its PoE thats awsome since my zyxel 1900 switch got it so great .

might be overkill but i definitively wont have dropouts becouse of over whelming wifi usage

i will mate the ap will probably be here 2 weeks ahead of the pfsense box so might test it with only the draytek in router mode first and then at the same time set up my dhcp ip list and all the port forwarding i got to set up .since im running a nas with docker containers and a emby media server on there u prob know what sonarr. radarr. lidarr jackett and deluge is :)

Hey there been following this thread since having issues with 2 DSL-AC88U’s, I was wondering if it was possible to get the beta firmware still (I’ve read the T&C sticky about use at own risk). Welcome, yes a missed opportunity the DSL-AC88U was, can you confirm which beta firmware you are looking for, is it the Telnet version ?
