Did this problem happen with Firmware – Version 1.1.2.3_790 , if No then maybe try factory reset and see if issue remains

January 16, 2020 at 11:25 am #5781So came to this after trying to get my old dsl-n66u back up and running, with the original firmware I get HR faults introduced on the line, so thought the beta firmware might resolve it?
I’m currenty on the v9.1.2.3_743, but for the 783/790/805 seems the DSL-n66u has been dropped?
I did see the direct link for 783 on post https://uktechhub.com/forums/topic/latest-dsl-asuswrt-firmware-v9-1-2-3_502-g2bdb05b-now-available/page/7/#post-4641
But that appears to have been removed?
Is 743 the last firmware available for the dsl-n66u??
Thanks :-)

January 16, 2020 at 11:45 am #5782Basically, the DSL-N66U has reached is end of life, ASUS kindly provided unofficial updates beyond EOL but as they received a complaint about EOL Firmware, with no support, they (ASUS) have withdrawn all previously released DSL-N66U Firmware’s beyond
DSL-N66U_v9.1.2.3_707-g524aadd –DSL-N66U_v9.1.2.3_743-gf5b4545DSL-N66U_v9.1.2.3_707-g524aadd– DSL-N66U_v9.1.2.3_743-gf5b4545https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/a/#/s/BDE1E747AA8341BFB1BA6EF4FC290597Yhttps://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/a/#/s/9A11A78AD414465B853617379C50D180Y
So the version you are currently running is the latest and no newer firmwares are available for download via ASUS
ASUS did release DSL-N66U firmware’s 783/790 so hopefully somebody else downloaded before they where removed, if so hopefully they can share or drop me an email and I can share via Forum Direct link etc

Do you advise reverting to 707 as the last official one?

(I will amend above notes to capture this later firmware)

Went on fine on my AC51. Downloaded the file from the link a few posts back.
Please unzip the firmware file first then check the MD5 code.
