    v9.1.2.3_676

    – [MT751x] xDSL Driver updated – v5.5.2.11_20190226, fixed Turkey ISP Turk Telekom DSLAM compatibility issue. Which leads to longer than expected sync time.

    – Fixed VoIP service fail issue after Dual WAN fail back occurred.

Now timing detection mechanism added.

    – Fixed OpenVPN username/ password with special character % failed to work issue.

    – Fixed static route rule cannot work if the rule is for second WAN interface issue.

    Double post sorry

HAve you tried turning router on, leaving it for a few minutes and then turning back on.

Yes I believe default username and password is still admin / admin, was this your password before beta applied or have you done a factory reset?

Having testing these betas with dsln55u_d1. My external WAN interface (to 4G modem)  connection drops time to time. I Have problems getting reconnected. I have tried ip link set nas10 down and up and killing/starting udhcpd without success. Only reboot recovers connection. Any ideas for this?

How to get own startup scripts working on these new betas? The old guides doesn’t not work. I have placed my watchog script under /yaffs -folder.

Firstly – have you try after loading the latest firmware, performing  factory rest and rebuild config from scratch, not restoring from backup?

Has this always been an issue, or just with recent beta firmware’s ?

I am using the latest beta, although this problem have been there as far as I remember. I have done factory reset, and recovered the settings from backup file, so I haven’t build config from scratch. That’s for sure one point to consider.

Logger error is: “Your ISP’s DHCP does not function correctly”. This seems to be common problem for Asus devices.

For my questions, can anybody provide knowledge of these:

    1. recovering the WAN interface thru script, without just forcing reboot?
    2. if reboot is the only way, (which always do the job), what is the way run my watchdog script at reboot? I use cron file to run script, but need to copy cron file at every startup.

    Who’s your ISP (4G Modem) ?

Are you using the DSL (modem) part of your ASUS router also or is it just 4G modem?

I spoke with ASUS and they believe the issue you describe has been resolved/fixed in latest release stock firmware.

Okay, I wonder which firmware version customer using? Please inform user to update to latest v1.1.2.3_674, if not yet done then reset to default and try again.
