Yes, you interleaved heavily now, 16ms delay added. It’s because no matter what settings, your line didn’t improved. You need to wait and see how it will perform now.

May 24, 2020 at 12:44 pm #7544So far so good.

If you end up with around 50k FEC errors within 24h that will be really good.

May 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm #7545I’m wondering if I should order new faceplate for delivery tomorrow. Or am I’m being to optimistic?

May 24, 2020 at 5:42 pm #7589Looks like your issue may be solved. If it keeps like that for whole week there is a big chance for fastpath around Saturday (latest)

If you decide to change master socket, don’t do it until you get fastpath, is important now to keep modem connected constantly.

May 24, 2020 at 6:25 pm #7590My new master socket will be here tomorrow, I’d like to fit it tomorrow, no wiring to do, I will just plug the front faceplate in and then plug in modem.

May 24, 2020 at 7:23 pm #7591Well, your choice. Thing is if you will get fastpath you can disconnect any time and you will not loose it (if amount of errors will not go through the roof) . If you disconnect tomorrow you will brake DLM monitoring period and new period will start (at least 6 days). Also I personally will recommend to change whole socket it will take 5 min any way. Hope you order one with clear idc as your current one.
