The KB5089573Β update is designed for x64 (AMD64) and ARM64 systems so looks like good news for yourself.
Given your using the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D which is high end CPU, the improvements maybe less noticeable.
What MB you running with that setup ?

Yes, it does sound interesting in that the boost works in very short bursts (roughly 1β3 seconds) to improve responsiveness rather than sustained performance.
Are you going to try it with KB5089573 which is already available now as an optional βPreviewβ update for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2 β otherwise I think KB5089573 will be deployed sometime in June

I updated to the this ‘2026-05 Preview Update (KB5089573) (26200.8524)’ on 27/05/2026.Β I have a AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, no idea if it is actually doing anything for me.Β I heard File Explorer is supposed to be more snappy.Β It does seems a bit less cumbersome when loading, but not sure if it is just a placebo.

I had similar issues after changing my DNS from cloudflare to Quad9.Β Could not access spedtest.net or load other sites properly on the WiFi on any of my devices including the mobile.Β The problem only happened on some sites and not all.
Then turned off WiFi on the mobile and used mobile data and everything worked fine on the mobile.
Turned out to be a DNS issue and the only way to fix it was to reset the ISP router and set it up from scratch with Quad9 DNS.Β Rebooting or resetting just the BQ16’s did not fix it.

Yeap, dirty flashed after using the the previous FW for 130+ days uptime with no issues.
Hopefully this one is as stable for me as the last one.

Ebuyer, like many other PC retailers have been struggling a lot after the pandemic.Β Amazon continues to gobble up that sector of the market.Β Huge shame as I used to buy many of my PC parts from Ebuyer.Β It seems like only Amazon will remain standing at the end.

If you use topcashback, they are giving upto Β£127 as cashback for full fibre.
