Think it is quite stable now, give it a try, they are somewhere at the end-phase of beta, 7.25 is assumed to be not far away.

But you may realize some bugs, ax firmware is very new, but will be corrected over time.
Why do you think to get any advanteges right now? Dont see the great benefit as you have a 7530 already.
I would at least wait some months and take it for much better price then.

20002930 (Germany)
20002944 (International)Interesting why in Austria only 2930 are sold, and we need different plugs too, usually international versions are sold here – I’m very confused!
I would assume you can use them both anyhow, only ask for uk-adapters, which is neccessary for both when bought outside UK.
Another interesting fact, that boxmatrix shows 20002930 for de and uk, while 20002944 is listed as provider-version: https://boxmatrix.info/wiki/FRITZ!Box_7530_AX
At the end I still believe 2930 is for all markets and you have to ask for uk-plugs if sold outside your country while 2944 may have some provider limitations (unknown).
There are only 5 hits on google for ‘7530 AX “20002944”‘.

If you already have adapters you can reuse them, DSL-port pin layout is the same on all Fritz-modems (could only have additional POTS and ISDN input).
So you can even use cables from other vendors (RJ45 and RJ11 would fit too) as long as middle 2 pins are DSL-input, next 2 are POTS input on other models like 7590, 7530 does not support POTS only VoIP or NGV!
If you still gotΒ POTS you cant use 7530(ax) for telephony features like DECT, fax and answering machine.
I only found international version of 7530ax with part number 20002930, you have to ask your dealer for uk-adapters whether they are included in his package.
You only have to keep an eye not to bid on special vendor versions mostly cheaper on ebay and often have some limitations if you dont know they will match your line, they might be identified by different housing (colour and printing) and part number.

My voting goes for n(ano)LED as Β΅LED are not small enough.
Only problem for me, they might come to late when my eyes need really huge screens anyway.

Actually there seems something wrong with 7490 .zip file, CRC error on .image file – check before usage!!!Should be denied from box if you try to upload it due to bad file-check, so no worry, just dont wonder that it wont load.Hope they correct it soon. But you can use this image-only-file instead: download.avm.de/labor/PSQ19Phase2/7490/FRITZ.Box_7490-07.24-85840-LabBETA.image
7590 file is ok.
Update: Has been corrected over the weekend and labor download is ok now!

Is there a reason not to use ch. 12/13 (with auto) in your country?

FEC is the couter for forward error correction, so errors on line which are correctable on modem.
Somewhat like good failures as long as there are not too many.

Yes indeed they are, but most times bigger companies buy smaller ones to eliminate their better technology and ensure themselves future dominance with bader products.
