You for sure have some alarm output or can get such an alarm signal out of flash light oder sirene.
That you could get in home assistent or simlilar system and you can turn off alarming (light and sirene with an relais or electronic) from remote.
Of course it wont turn off the alarming of the system, but nobody will see it or be disturbed.
Back home you can cancel the alarm and put back flash and sirene to operation.-

Then you should take a larger boiler next time you have to replace, to store more hot water.
Now you can up the temperature, e.g. if you have 45°C now adjust 55°C.
So you will use less hot water from boiler with same mixed temp.-

There is something wrong with your boiler, thats why it not heating in the moment you turn on hot water.
Let it be repaired and be happy again, no need to change anything.
(not relevant to boilers)
Probably it dosnt recognice warm water flowing, thats why it doesnt turn on the same moment you take warm water.
Flowmeter needs to be checked or adjusted to lower flows.-

Cost are only depending on consumed energy.
A 30kW will run less hours a day than a 24kW, but at the end they both will use same amount of energy (gas). The 30kw may turn on/off more often a day.
It depends on your house whether it can “consume” 30kw or better stay with 24kW – the fewer radiators the less kw.
If you take a too small one it may not bring enough heat into your house on very cold days.
But if you did not freece till now it is usually better to stay with the smaller one.You need to login in order to vote
So I think its better to use a UPS with stabilized 12V output instead of converting upto 230V AC and with power adapter back to 12V again.
For sure there may be much better choices, didnt want to search for and took the first: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mini-10400mAh-Router-Battery-Backup/dp/B0CNT6LLHP/ref=sr_1_16

You can use it without wifi too, but than you need to use LAN backhaul between boxes.

Easy to do if you mesh your 7530 better per LAN (WLAN would be possible too) with your 7530-AX.
Then you get to option (under mesh) to provide phonebook and telephony to the other box.
When done you may register an DECT phone on the other box or use its fon-connector.
Just configuration to do so.
I use it since years like that for my parents nearby.
You can configure on each which number shall ring on which clients or connector.
Only there is no DECT-roaming, so your DECT phone may be registered to either one or the other box.
You probably (depending on phone) can register it to both boxes, but only one is active and you have to change it to the other one if you leave the supply range of the DECT.All used phone numbers have to be registred on the master box and are available on mesh-client too.
BTW: There is no 7530-KA, its an 7530, KA is only an identification code not part of the model number whereas 7590-AX is a different model (with AX-Wifi).

Use fix WiFi channel 1 on 2,4 GHz, turn off WPA3 and PMF, choose a password with 12 alphabetical letters (nothing else).
If it still doesnt connect try it somewhere else (friends, parents).
Nothing more you could do.
